You’ve been asking for things, we’ve been listening, and now we’ve delivered 3 amazing new features and a fresh coat of paint for the agent product!

Based on feedback gathered, we identified 3 key areas that we believed would seriously improve your productivity:

 

01 Utilities update process ✨

We heard from some of you that updating tenant utility providers (our bread and butter) could sometimes be a bit of a hassle. Hearing this made us sad 😞 … but it also made us work really hard to improve how you add properties, tenants, and updates to Homeshift.

02 Direct sales 🎯

One of the most requested agent features is the ability to send quotes to tenants for our Homeshift Energy and Internet branded services. In response to this, we have built a super-simple way to generate and send Homeshift Energy and Internet quotes directly from your account.

A quote only takes 2 minutes and increases the likelihood of your tenants setting up Homeshift services. Remember, you earn commission for every property that sets up Homeshift Energy and/or Internet 👍

03 Commission collecting 💰

 Making it easy to collect the money you’ve earned using Homeshift was one of our big priorities for this update. The new product includes a revised revenue page, auto-invoicing, and better notifications to make the whole process faster and easier. Putting money in your pocket quicker is always a good thing 😊

 

New feature — New revenue view for managers to simplify commission process

 

The new product will go live on Sunday 22nd of April ready for you to use on the morning of Monday 23rd of April. We’ll be doing 1-on-1 demos with all of our agents before then to make sure everyone is confident with the new features.
